Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the United Tech Carrier CES0121319-01 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Uticor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Uson product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Uticor such as the 7656164 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HT2060202 manufactured by Bk and we are pleased to be able to service most Bk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 20079X300 by Manufacturer Uson as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Us-Motor Brand C536A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Uticor such as 18522A1N008E0 equipment made by Uticor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Uticor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Uticor" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 12177 made by Urschel as well as the popular D9E05 original spares produced by Upa-Dermitron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HR46TN004 by Carrier and 18522A1N008E0 spares by Uticor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 180MC1P008E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Uticor.
